Biography
Phoebe Tata Mulama is a policy and research professional with experience supporting evidence-informed decision-making in development programs. Phoebe currently works at Innovations for Poverty Action, where she contributes to research translation, stakeholder engagement, and policy support across sectors, including education, gender, and health.
Phoebe has experience working with government institutions, researchers, and community stakeholders to generate and apply evidence that strengthens public programs and policies. Her work includes supporting policy development processes, conducting evidence reviews, and facilitating collaboration between research and policy actors.
Phoebe serves as a Board Member of REMEI, where she provides leadership in knowledge management and supports the organization in strengthening learning, documentation, and the use of evidence to guide community initiatives.
