Biography
Jack Omondi is a programme management professional with over nine years of experience coordinating complex, donor-funded initiatives across Sub-Saharan Africa. He has worked closely with bilateral and multilateral partners, leading grant management, securing strategic funding, and ensuring programmes remain compliant, impactful, and results-driven.
Jack has successfully overseen large-scale, multi-country programmes, including the Green TVET Project, implemented across 110 centres in 35 countries, which ranked 3rd out of 64 global entries at the 2022 ETF Green Skills Award. He has also managed NASAC's programme portfolio spanning 31 African countries, strengthening programme delivery and regional collaboration.
A skilled resource mobiliser, Jack has developed winning grant proposals that sustained programme funding, designed partnership strategies that unlocked new financing opportunities, and connected more than 55 young entrepreneurs with private sector partners and financial institutions to expand market access and investment.
Jack brings a deep understanding of donor priorities, including transparent reporting, financial accountability, and measurable development outcomes. He has managed complex multi-country budgets, mitigated financial risks, and worked closely with finance teams to maintain cost efficiency while scaling programme impact.
