Felix Pilipili is a Strategic Communications and Advocacy Specialist with over 10 years of experience advancing communications and visibility for international development and humanitarian programmes across Africa. He has led high-impact strategic communications, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement initiatives for donor-funded programmes supported by partners including the European Union, USAID, IOM, BMZ Germany, KOICA, and SIDA.

Felix currently serves as an independent Strategic Communications Consultant with Terre des Hommes Netherlands, where he supports country, regional, and global teams to strengthen strategic communications, collaboration, and partner visibility.

He previously worked as a Communications Specialist at World Vision International, where he led communications for major initiatives including Restore Africa Programme (the largest land restoration and livelihoods programme in Africa), and Joining Forces for All Children, a consortium of six leading child-focused organisations: Save the Children, Plan International, ChildFund, SOS Children's Villages, World Vision, and Terre des Hommes working to end violence against children.

Felix is passionate about environmental sustainability and building community resilience to climate change, and has actively championed circular economy approaches and innovative solutions that strengthen sustainable development and restoration initiatives.

At REMEI, Felix serves as Board Director for Strategy and Innovation, where he helps drive forward-thinking solutions that strengthen ecosystem restoration efforts, build strategic partnerships, and amplify community voices.
